Whether you want to improve your running, improve your flexibility and strength, or just feel a little healthier. I can help! I am a Fitness Trainer with several certifications and I would would love to help you reach your goals.

Whether it’s in person (Corpus Christi/Rockport, TX area) or via remote sessions (ANYWHERE). No gimmicks, no pushy “You need these supplements”, just me helping you reach your goals.

RUNNING TRAINING

We will create a personalized plan to help you meet your running goals. Want to be able to do a long race and not be sore? I’ve got you!

8 Week Running Training Includes: Full Workout/Running Plan, Each week you will get 2 strength/running training sessions and a 30-Minute Stretch session.

FLEXIBILITY & STRENGTH TRAINING

We will create a personalized plan to help you meet your flexibility and strength goals. Just want to touch your toes? Got that! You want to be able to do push-ups off your knees – I’ve got you!

6 Week Flexibility & Strength Training Includes: Full Customized Workout Plan, Each week you will get 2 strength and stretch training sessions.

WHOLE BODY FOCUS

Want to improve your overall health? Let’s do this! We will create a custom plan around your life. What works for you specifically!

6 Week Goal Specific Includes: Full Customized Workout Plan, Each week you will get 2 strength training sessions and a 30-Minute Stretch session.

INDIVIDUAL & GROUP TRAINING

Individual and Group trainings are also an option if you are not quite ready for a whole package.

  • Individual 1 Hr Session: $55
  • 1 Hr Private Session (up to 5 People, minimum 2 People): $75
